This notice explains how ThriveRelay AI handles information submitted through this website and the private agency workspace.
What we collect
When you request a Business Growth Audit, we collect the business and contact details you provide, the website you ask us to review, your stated growth challenge, consent choices, and basic campaign or referral information that helps us understand how you found us.
How we use it
- To review and respond to your audit request.
- To manage the resulting opportunity in our private CRM.
- To improve our client journey and understand which acquisition channels are useful.
- To send occasional growth insights only when you separately choose to receive them.
How it is protected
Prospect and client records are stored in Supabase PostgreSQL. Access is restricted through authenticated workspaces and row-level security. The public form may submit a request but cannot read CRM records. The website is hosted on Vercel.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information only to operate the website, database, communications, or related delivery. We retain business records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, our relationship, legal obligations, and operational records.
Your choices
You may ask ThriveRelay AI to correct or delete information associated with your request, subject to legal and operational record requirements. You can also withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Use the audit request form and state “privacy request” so we can identify and respond to you.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service develops. The effective date above shows the current version.
